Booking and contract

These booking conditions cover your contract with Antibesvilla. You apply for a booking by contacting Antibesvilla by sending a message from this website, by email or by phone. A booking form will be provided by email, fax or post. Complete the booking form and pay the deposit. The contract begins when Antibesvilla issues you a confirmation invoice following your application. The contract is to be determined in accordance with English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Accommodation

Antibesvilla will provide the accommodation listed in the confirmation invoice and as described in our website. Antibesvilla has used all reasonable care in providing accurate details of the accommodation to be provided. We will promptly provide you with details of any changes to this information that may arise after the date of the confirmation invoice.

Payments

You shall pay the balance due in accordance with the confirmation invoice not less than 6 weeks prior to the first day of your holiday. Your failure to make timely payment in accordance with the confirmation invoice will allow Antibesvilla to treat the contract as cancelled by you.

Security Deposit

We ask for security deposit of £1500 which is returned at the end of your stay.

Cancellation by you

You may cancel the contract at any time by notice in writing to Antibesvilla. In the event of your cancellation the following percentages of the total booking price are payable by you to Antibesvilla:

Antibesvilla’s Responsibility

Antibesvilla is not responsible for any loss, damage, cost, personal injury or death to you to the extent caused by your own acts or omissions, by the acts or omissions of others or by unforeseeable circumstances beyond Antibesvillas reasonable control. Antibesvilla will, however, offer such assistance locally as is reasonable in the circumstances.

Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint about Antibesvilla’s performance, please contact us in writing at the booking address within 28 days of the final day of your holiday.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for any damage to the accommodation caused by you or your party during your stay. Antibesvilla may immediately and without further responsibility or liability cancel the contract and remove you from the accommodation if your behaviour is in our view likely to cause distress, injury or disruption to persons or damage to property.
